Linda Arrey Nkwenti is the Author of “Memoirs of a Working Mother: Fighting for Balance, Managing Expectations and Channeling Love.” She is a Certified Life and Leadership Coach, Philanthropist and Speaker. Her brainchild, Women in Leadership Development and Empowerment, INC., (WILDE), is a philanthropic organization of professional women from diverse backgrounds birth from Linda’s vision and dedication to the education and empowerment of women globally and her inclination to improving individual and community standards. Coach Linda is constantly seeking innovative ways to give back to the community through mobilization, direct service, donations, and more. She is transforming lives by equipping working mothers to use their God-given talents to up-level both personally and professionally by finding CLARITY, implementing STRUCTURE and establishing an execution STRATEGY.
Upon becoming a mother, she has long advocated for the discovery of balance and compassion for working mothers thriving at home and in the workplace. Coach Linda is on a mission to help working mothers live their best lives.
She holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Business. Among other community and professional organizations, she is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives and the NGO Committee on the Status of Women Globally. She is a Captain in the United States Air Force Medical Service Corps, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at the 436th Medical Group. She is also a member of Academy Women, a world class professional development organization for military women and veterans.

Dr. Gwanmesia has practiced for 20 years as a Registered Nurse at the bedside, in the classroom, and in the boardroom. Ruth Yeboah
Founder, Women of Value, INC
Ruth Yeboah received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in Utah in 2007. She is currently a graduate student at Widener University’s Masters of Social Work program. She started her career with the New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) as a Child Protective Specialist (CPS), and continued within the foster care system as case manager, working with young children and teen moms.
She currently works for the United States Air Force advocating for military families. Ruth has over a decade worth of experience in trauma and child abuse/neglect. She is a nationally certified Victim Advocate. Her experiences denote the core of her philanthropic heart.
Ruth is talented in various areas such as teaching, advocacy, writing, and public speaking. As founder of Women of Value INC., a non-profit organization focused on enriching the lives of women by creating opportunities for them to strive to accomplish their endeavors and rid themselves of any toxins hindering their lights. Ruth is dedicating her many talents to ensure she can assist women in identifying and fulfilling their purpose. She is also the designer and owner of Le Regard Apparel, a revolutionary nursing line that can be worn for breastfeeding and postpartum.
She is a wife and mom to a vibrant daughter. Ruth loves to travel, dance, write, and cook. Speaking with Ruth is always a soothing encounter.
